We provide shipping throughout Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak) via GDEX. We do not ship Internationally.

Self Pick-up Option

We provide "Pick Up" or "Self Collect" as an option for our local customers. Please Contact our team (compulsary) to arrange the pick up date and time.

• Kindly provide your purchase invoice during collection.
• Available between Monday - Saturday, 10.00a.m - 6.00 p.m

***Note: Customer require to check the purchase item during self pickup (Digit Empire will not be liable to any damage or missing item once customer collect the item, except defect cover by warranty)

Guarantee and Exchange

We provide 7 days guarantee period which starts from the date you receive the order items. Certain products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a ONE-to-ONE exchange.

Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
