Shipping Policy
Dear Customers,
We use Gdex to ship our products. Both methods provide tracking number that allow our customers to track their packages to their doorstep. Gdex is at the forefront of nationwide package delivery and have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry.
All items purchase at digitempire.com.my will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT. All parcels shall be shipped by Digitempire.com.my (Digit Empire Enterprise) fully sealed or wrapped with security band/sellotape. DO NOT accept the product from the courier representative if the seal is broken and call us immediately. If at any time you feel the package has been lost, opened before it reaches your hand or if it arrives damaged do not accept the package and please call us immediately. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery time depending on the courier service.

DigitEmpire provides Standard Courier Delivery – Malaysia Wide via reputable shipping service providers. We do not ship Internationally.

- All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item.
- Sale, Free, Limited Edition items cannot be returned.
